Now for some inspiration!!!
I have used Craftangles stencils, manufactured right here in Mumbai, by my sponsor Hndmd, to make these Christmas inspirations for you.

To make my Christmas card, I started by creating a background panel using Cratangles 'Tangerine Orange' cardstock and the Craftangles Plaid stencil with Tim Holtz distress inks 'Fired Brick' and 'Black Soot'. I cut the panel down to size using the Simon Says Stamp stitched rectnagle dies and created a vellum overlay using the next size of rectangle from the same die set.

I then used stamps from Hero Arts to create the winter scene in a mason jar. I used timholtz distress inks on the mason jar too and used a light splatter of water and a Signo white gel pen to create the effect of snow. I finished the card by adding some May Arts ribbon and some white enamel dots and adhering the plaid panel onto a black card base.
Unusual but such fun colours!

For the tag, I decided to stick with the same colour scheme as the card. Here I used the skyline stencil from Craftangles and stamps from the new 'Season's greetings' stamp set from Craftangle to make this super simple tag. I added a holly and berry diecut (hero arts) to finish the tag.

For the last tag, I used the Craftangles Christmas trees stencil and the same warm colour scheme as above. Here I gold heat embossed the sentiment and added some die cut Christmas trees (Impression Obsession) and some Craftangles clear sequins for interest.

I love how my projects turned out..I hope you are inspired to dive in  and make some wonderful Christmas cards for friends and family too!
I'd like mention here, that all the backgrounds that you see in my card photos, are amazing 12"x12" papers from my sponsor this month, Papericious! Do check them out!

For more inspiration, I have for you this month..
The wonderfully talented

Ishani

I love her style and today she shows you how you can make you christmas cards with mininmal supplies!!

Hello dear friends,
I am so glad to be here to share my creations for the Christmas theme with you.
I am an Indian Air force officer by profession and a crafter by passion.
I experiment with quilling, stmaping and other media to make my cards.
I love the versatility the quilling strips give me to form them into any shaoe I want to.

I did the same for my card. I used 3mm strips for the card. I cut aroung 1cm long pieced os two diffferent shades of green and stuck them to make them look like th brances of a Christmas tree.
I took three different colours and rolled them together to form the baubles (ornaments). Othre baubles were done the similar way.
I made a bow of the similar colours and stick them and the baubles below the brances to festoon my Christmas tree.
I stamped the sentiment at the other corner, put a feew sequins and mounted on a red card base.
Tadaa!! Here is my quilled Christmas card!!

for the tag, I stmaped two images of the poinsettia stamp with versamrk ink and gold embossed it.
I used Zig clean colour real brush markers to colout the two stamped images and fussy cut them.
Later I cut on of the images in a way that I only had the red bracts (leaves) which I stuck on the whole coloured image to give a 3D effect. I die cut a scalloped tag, gold embossed my sentiment, stuck my poinsettia in the corner and finished off by tying a ribbon.

I hope you are inspired by my projects and next time if you don't have a stamp (like I didn't have) for making your cards, You'd try getting your humble paper strips out!!
